Saturday, May 2—Departure

Late night departure from Newark, NJ.

Sunday, May 3—Arrival

Private bus transfer to the hotel in Jerusalem.

Monday, May 4—Jerusalem Old City

See the panoramic view of Mt. of Olives and visit the Garden of Gethsemane. Tour the Temple Institute and the Herodian Period Burned House. Lunch and afternoon at the Western Wall and in the Armenian Quarter of the Old City. Evening free.

Tuesday, May 5—Jerusalem Gates

Tour the Gates of the Old City and continue to the excavation sites of City of David and Ophel/Southern wall of the Temple. Study with Rabbi Yehudah Ben Chaim. Communion at the Garden Tomb. Succat Hallel Congregation Evening.

Wednesday, May 6—Jerusalem New City

Visit the Bible Lands Museum Jerusalem. Afternoon tour of the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital’s emergency unit and viewing of Marc Chagall’s stained glass windows of the Synagogue.

Thursday, May 7—Hebron, Kiryat Arba

Tour Hebron’s Avraham Avinu, Eretz Yehudah Museum of Kiryat Arba and Jewish communities in a secure bus. YMCA West Folk Dance Evening.

Friday, May 8—Jerusalem, Free Day

Lighting of Shabbat candles and Shabbat Dinner.

Saturday, May 9—Galilee (Baptism)

A scenic drive along the Jordan Valley to the Jordan River for baptism. Enjoy a pastor’s sermon on Mt. Beatitude and tour Yigal Alon Museum of the ancient “Jesus” boat. Check- in and dinner in Tiberias area hotel. Evening at the Galilee Experience center.

Sunday, May 10—Golan Heights

A morning visit to Oz 77 to view a documentary about Yom Kippur War at the Golan Heights. Meet with residents of the Golan Jewish community, and tour the area. End the day at Neot Shoe factory.

Monday, May 11—Lower Galilee

Visit to Har Megiddo Park, excavations and the tunnel. Pay respect for victims of terror at the Afula Terror Victim Center. Check-in coastal area hotel.

Tuesday, May 12—Coastal Area

Drive along the Mediterranean Sea to Herod’s Palace excavations and the Visitor Center. Early return to hotel for rest, late check-out and dinner. Transfer to the airport for midnight flight to the U.S.

Arrival in Newark, NJ
